We have door pass code before arrival one day we will give to guest check in information.

It was a pleasant stay at the hostel.
The accessibility and courteous staff.
Rooms didn’t have USB port for charging. Beds are too hard. Lobby is not air conditioned and the staff cannot speak English but he was very polite and helpful in a way.

Good
- Receptionist is very accommodating. He informed us on the how’s and where to’s in the city. He let us print our plane tickets and even allowed us to leave our luggage until we come back from KL (free of charge). - Bus stop is just in front of the property (Bf Serangoon Bus # 145) - The property is a 7-minute walk from the train station. (Boon Keng, Farrer Park) - Little India, Kampong Glam, Arab Street are walking distance.
- Bathroom is very common that tenants staying doesn’t care on how to use the premise. - Room smells like an old building. - Blankets smell like they were used ones. Thanks to the receptionist for changing it to a new one. - We were not provided milk on our last day of breakfast.

Pictures are better than reality
The staff is super friendly and helpful
The rooms have no ventilation and were smelly. A big pile of stuff stored in front of our bedroom made circulation very limited.
